Nouveau Blanc

Vinoveza is a style of beer fermented with wine grape juice made during crush by breweries in wine country. For the third year in a row, this fruited ale was fermented with freshly pressed Riesling juice from DuBrul Vineyard and then bottle conditioned to celebrate the harvest. Captures the aroma and acidity of Riesling grapes and balances them with the fruity character of brewers’ yeast.
