Brewed minutes after the fresh Simcoe® hops were picked from our family’s farm, this special-edition of our flagship IPA bursts with the signature pine, citrus, and stone fruit character of Topcutter, but with an extra juicy vibrance and resinous depth that only fresh hops can deliver.
