Our quest to create the perfect hazy double IPA continues with this tropical juice bomb. We used a different yeast strain than our house hazy, which is mostly used for Hazy L IPA as well as Clarity Rarity and our pilot batches, since we didn’t like the fusel-like booze notes that our house hazy strain throws at high alcohol levels.
