This collaboration brew with Cerveceria Transpenisular in Ensenada, Mexico was dreamed up on the mountain at White Pass. We took our La Mas Buena light beer recipe and added a combination of freshly zested limes, lime juice power, and lime peel powder to bring a hint of fresh-squeezed lime into this malt-forward crusher inspired by Mexican adjunct lagers.
