Named for the fog that settles onto the farm in Moxee during these winter months as well as a phenomenon that happens when beer is chilled at the end of fermentation. The latest iteration of our Cold IPA, designed by Lab Nerd Jackie, uses rice to decrease malt notes and was fermented warm with lager yeasts; it gets its hop character from tons of Citra®, Mosaic®, and our new favorite elite-level experimental hop HBC 735.
